Families of SEAL Team VI Shot Down in Afghanistan File $200 Million Lawsuit

The downing of Extortion 17 and the loss of 16 SEALS and special forces over Afghanistan was no accident. The Boeing CH-47 Chinook was shot down while transporting a quick reaction force attempting to reinforce a unit of Army Rangers in Wardak province, west of Kabul, Afghanistan. The crash killed all 38 people on board—25 American special operations personnel, five United States Army National Guard and Army Reserve crewmen, eight Afghanis, including an Afghan interpreter, and a US military working dog.
According to our sources, the aircraft was likely shot down by a Stinger missile, described by a witness as “a streak of light as bright as the sun” that hit the aircraft and broke it into three pieces. The Chinook was flying into an area where a ground fire fight  had been raging, and some reports claim that it had no air cover. According to other reports, the eight Afghanis on board were last minute replacements, and were unknown to the US team.
There are so many things wrong with this scenario that it defies any reasonable explanation. Suffice it to say, that the suit has been filed because the murder of these fine men should never have happened.

SEAL Team VI families file lawsuit against Biden and Panetta

By Jim Kouri
Several of the family members of Navy SEAL Team VI and special forces soldiers on Wednesday filed a lawsuit in federal court in Washington, D.C., with regard to the deaths of their sons, whose helicopter was blown from the sky by Taliban jihadists on Aug. 6, 2011 in Afghanistan. Those named in the complaint are U.S. Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden, former-Secretary of Defense Leon Edward Panetta, and Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
Those who died in the crash included 16 Navy SEALs and eight special forces servicemen, including the sons of Charles Strange, Doug and Shaune Hamburger, Sidh Douangdara, and Billy and Karen Vaughn, who are listed as the plaintiffs in the lawsuit.

The plaintiffs claim that certain disclosures of classified information by Vice President Biden and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta regarding SEAL Team VI’s responsibility for conducting a secret mission that ended the life of arch-terrorist Osama Bin Laden, placed “targets on the backs” of the servicemen and their families.

As a result of the “boasting” by Biden, Panetta and other Obama “sycophants” the Taliban retaliated by blasting the helicopter out of the sky and killing all on board, according to the plaintiffs.

Also named in the lawsuit is the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Islamic leader, Afghan President Hamid Karzai, who allegedly tipped-off the Taliban about the secret mission known as the Extortion 17 Operation. The Taliban allegedly laid-in-wait for the helicopter that they blasted out of the sky carrying all of the members of the special forces teams.

The reason for the inclusion of Iran is that, as was widely reported, the Iranian government pays a bounty of $1,000 to the Taliban for each American serviceperson killed.

Larry Klayman, a former Justice Department prosecutor and founder of Freedom Watch, legally represents these plaintiff families and observed the following upon filing suit:

“It is hypocritical and outrageous that while the Obama Justice Department can criminally charge Edward Snowden for allegedly disclosing classified national security information and wage an international manhunt for his arrest, Biden and Panetta get off scot free for their callous, cynical, opportunistic illegal release of the identity of SEAL Team VI in the Bin Laden killing – allegedly orchestrated to boost President Obama’s and Vice President Biden’s reelection prospects in the months leading up to the 2012 November 6 election. This underscores how the nation’s ‘leaders’ in Washington are not held to the same standards as are other citizens. It therefore falls upon the families of Navy SEAL Team VI and special ops servicemen to seek justice in the civil courts, as Biden and Panetta are ‘not above the law.’ The hard reality is that Biden and Panetta are alive ‘feasting’ on their ‘political notoriety,’ power, and wealth, while the brave heroes who gave their lives for our nation’s security are dead, thanks to them! “

To punish Biden and Panetta for their alleged criminal acts, the complaint asks for over $200,000,000 dollars in damages. If successful, the damage award will be used to aid and support the surviving families of fallen heroes like the plaintiffs’ sons, according to Klayman and his clients.

“These victims of Chicago-style politics are obviously not seeking financial gain for themselves. No. What they want is to expose a dysfunctional administration and a corruption-infested White House,” said former U.S. Marine intelligence officer and police detective Mike Snopes.

Jim Kouri, CPP, the fifth Vice President and Public Information Officer of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, has served on the National Drug Task Force and trained police and security officers throughout the country.

The “Extortion 17″ Navy Seal Team 6 Whistle Blowers

By Nena Wiley
11 May 2013

At a press conference on May 9, 2013, several families of Navy SEAL Team 6 (VI) special forces servicemen disclosed some stunning information about how and why their sons, along with 26 others, died in a fatal Chinook helicopter crash in Afghanistan on 06 August 2011.

Respected retired military experts supported their accounts. Among them were Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney (USAF ret.), Lt. Gen Jerry Boykin (USA ret.), Lt. Gen. Paul Vallely (USA ret.), Admiral James “Ace” Lyons (USN ret.), Lt. Col. Allen West (USA ret), and retired Navy Seals Benjamin Smith and Larry Bailey. Also verifying their claims, was Brigitte Gabriel.

The following points were some of many covered during the 3-hour conference:

- President Obama and Vice President Biden’s disclosure that Navy SEAL Team 6 had carried out the raid on Bin Laden’s compound had made the SEALS and their families prime retaliatory targets. Yet, three months later, the SEALS were ordered into a battle without proper or adequate air support; no fighter escorts, no pathfinders, no drones – nothing.

- There are military in-theater restrictions which keep our soldiers from engaging in timely return fire when fired upon. The denial of requested pre-assault fire contributed to the shoot down of the Chinook helicopter.

- Afghani forces accompanying the SEALs on the helicopter were switched out at the last minute by an “out of theater” commander, without being vetted or put on a manifest!  The whistle blowers believe this is how classified information got to the Taliban which resulted in the shoot down.

- Unprecedented before, military brass (who now prohibit any mention of a Judeo-Christian God), invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral in Baghram Air Base for the fallen SEALs!  In Arabic, this Cleric disparaged their memory by damning them as infidels to Allah.  A video of this cleric’s “prayer” with a certified translation by Brigitte Gabriel was shown.

The press conference, in its entirety, can be found here: Navy SEAL Team VI Families | The National Press Club. The military expert comments begin at 1:18 (1 minute and 18 seconds).

It is long, but I urge you to listen to it.
